		<description>Hey all, great podcast. It was fantastic to meet all of you at EMS Today 2011.  The second introduction is always the best. I thought i&#039;d comment on the part about spending holidays working and I actually enjoy working holidays. I miss my family but at work everyone commiserates with you when they miss the holidays as well.  However, having to missing conferences is probably the worst.</description>

		<description>i find it important for a student or a bran new medic to be having the same monitor all the way true , that ways you will not be judge by different criteria . here in Quebec when you are at the time to be with a instructor you have a team of two for your 6 week (200 hours min) , that way they can really see your evolution and correct the flaw&#039;s on hand . great show guys</description>
